中文摘要:针对海上风力发电机组安全可靠运行要求的发展趋势,本文在阐述双馈风电机组控制原理的基础上,建立了双馈发电机及其变流器的控制模型。其次,在分析电力系统对并网风电机组低电压穿越原理基础上,比较分析了双馈风电机组低电压穿越的各种控制技术方案。最后,结合海上用5.0 MW双馈风力发电机组电气参数,对2种典型低电压穿越的转子电路保护措施进行了仿真比较。分析结果表明,采用二极管整流桥加IGBT和保护电阻构成斩波器的措施具有较好的暂态控制效果。

Simulation and Analysis of Low Voltage Ride-through for 5 MW Doubly-Fed Wind Turbine
Abstract:In view of the development trend of the safe and reliable operational requirements for the offshore wind turbine generation system, and based on the control principle of the doubly fed wind turbine system, this paper first established the control models of doubly fed induction generator(DFIG) and converter. Second, based on the analysis of the requirements of the power system for the low voltage ride through (LVRT) of a connected-gird wind turbine, different control strategies were analyzed and compared for the LVRT of doubly fed wind turbine system. Finally, given main parameters of a 5 MW offshore doubly fed wind generation system, simulation and comparison were conducted on the protective scheme on the rotor side circuit for two typical low voltage rides-through. The results indicate that the scheme of diode plus IGBT and the chopper of protective resistance have better transient control performances.
