中文摘要:摘要: 针对环网柜在线监测的通信问题,设计了一种基于IEC61850标准的在线状态监测系统。首先对环网柜在线状态监测的内容进行了分析,并扩充和分析了相关的逻辑节点,建立了其符合IEC61850标准的信息模型。根据IEC61850分层分布式的体系结构,对系统进行了分层,并根据区域和类型划分了子站,通过子站进行实时监控来减缓网络压力,同时设置专家系统对监测数据进行分析处理,并将数据上传至主站的数据库进行存储。最后,具体分析了采用SV和GOOSE共网传输机制的通信系统,开发了配套的硬件系统,完成了通信测试。 |

Abstract:ABSTRACT: In this paper, an on-line monitoring system based on IEC61850 standard is proposed through analyzing the communication problem of the on-line monitoring of the Ring Main Unit. The paper analyzes contents, key features and functions of the online monitoring of the RMU and establishes the information model based on the IEC61850 standard by supplementing the related logical nodes. Furthermore, the paper sets different grades for the system and divides the sub-stations according to the type and region. The pressure on the network is eased through the sub-station’s real-time monitoring and at the same time an expert system is set up to analyze the date from the monitoring center and the data then is sent to the main-station for storage. Finally, the communication system which has the transport mechanism by SV and GOOSE in the same channel is analyzed, and the hardware system is develo-ped for the communication test. |
