中文摘要:摘要: 基于“标准化设计、工厂化加工、装配式建设”的理念,针对现在变电站建设的问题,提出了预制式二级组合设备的方案。根据二次设备功能和间隔将二次设备模块化,优化了舱内屏柜尺寸,规范了舱内接线以及利用预制光/电缆的即插即用特性,减少了现场工作量。研究结果表明:预制式二次组合设备模块化方案解决了传统建设模式存在的现场施工量大、施工周期长、二次接线工作量大的问题。 |

Application of Prefabricated Secondary Modular Equipment |

Abstract:ABSTRACT: Based on the conception of “standardized design, factory processing and assembly-styled construction”, this paper proposes the application of the prefabricated secon-dary modular equipment to deal with the troubles existing in the substation construction. This project modularizes the secondary equipment according to the function and interval. In this way, the sizes of the cabinets and the connection modes are improved and standardized. The prefabricated secondary modular equip-ment can solve many problems in the construction of traditional substations, which include large amount of site construction work, long construction period and heavy wiring workload. |
