中文摘要:摘要: 基于传统的电网监测控制器,采用微分线性组合控制方法,通过PLC和执行部件以及数据采集相连,对各分离单元的故障监测效果不好,提出一种基于小型PLC的电网智能监测DCS控制器设计方法。该方法构建电网智能监测系统模型,设计电网智能监测中故障特征信号的采集算法,采用小型PLC可编程逻辑控制器设计DCS电网智能监测分散控制器,对关键电路模块进行设计。仿真实验表明,设计的控制器具有较好的电网故障数据采集性能,对电网的故障检测误差较低,控制精度较高,稳定性好,具有较高的收敛速度,有效保证了电网监测的实时性和准确性。

Design of Power Grid Intelligent Monitoring DCS Controller Based on Small PLC
Abstract:ABSTRACT: The grid monitoring controller which uses the traditional differential linear combination control method and is connected through the PLC and executive component and data acquisition is used to monitor the faults of the separate units, but the result is not good enough. In view of this issue, this paper proposes the design of a grid intelligent monitoring DCS (distributed control systems)controller based on the small PLC. With this method, the grid intelligent monitoring system model is constructed, the acquisition algorithm of fault feature signals in the monitoring is designed, and the small PLC programmable logic controller is used to design the DCS grid intelligent monitoring decentralized controller and the key circuit module. The corresponding simulation results show that the controller designed with the method proposed in the paper has satisfactory power system fault data acquisition, low fault detection error, high control precision as well as good stability, and it also has higher convergence speed, and can effectively guarantee the real-time and accuracy of the power grid monitoring.
