中文摘要:摘要: 随着汉中、安康电网用电负荷的不断增长,汉中已由送端电网转为受端电网,需要从关中电网大量受电。为满足负荷增长需要,需要新增电源点华电安康电厂。通过电力平衡分析,提出电厂电力送电方向和接入系统方案;考虑到华电安康电厂装机较大,电厂接入对汉中及安康电网影响很大,文中结合陕南电网规划、老旧线路改造、碳纤维导线应用等对陕南电网进行了优化;结合华电安康电厂建设及机组参数,对陕南电网短路电流水平进行了校验。最终对接入系统方案进行了技术经济比较,提出推荐意见。

Research on the Scheme of Interconnecting the 2×660 MW Huadian Ankang Power Plant to Power Grid
Abstract:ABSTRACT: With the increase of the power load in the cities of Hanzhong and Ankang, the Hanzhong power grid has been transformed from a sending-end power grid into a receiving-end one that imports a lot of electricity from the central Shaanxi power grid. To meet the demand of the increasing load, the Huadian Ankang Power Plant as a new power source is neces-sary. After the power balance analysis, this paper proposes the power transmission direction and the access system for the po-wer plant. Because of the large installed capacity of the plant, its access to the grid will lead to substantial impacts on both Hanzhong and Ankong power grids. In the paper, the southern Shaanxi power grid is optimized, taking into account of the planning, renovation of the old lines and application of the Aluminum Conductor Composite Core(ACCC) lines in the region. Based on the evaluation of Huadian Ankang Power Plant construction and generator parameters, the short circuit current level of the region is checked. Recommendations are given after the technical and economic comparison of the access system schemes.
