中文摘要:摘要: 风电的随机波动特性可能使风电系统存在反调峰现象。在分析风电并网使系统对调峰需求发生变化的基础上,建立了风电出力和负荷的不确定性模型,并以最大限度消纳风电为目标,通过考虑使电网收益最大、满足潮流安全约束等因素建立了基于实时电价的火电、水电和抽水蓄能联合调峰优化模型,并采用最优潮流和粒子群算法研究了改进优化模型的求解方法。最后,对所研究调峰策略优化方法进行了仿真验证,证明了该策略在提高电网收益的同时,能够充分利用各调峰机组的调峰能力,确保系统的安全性。

Study on an Optimal Method of Peak-Load Regulation Considering Uncertainty of Wind Power Output and Load
Abstract:ABSTRACT: Random vibrations of wind power give rise to the anti peak-load regulation phenomenon when the power grid is integrated with wind power, therefore, exploring the peak-load regulation method plays a very important role in ensuring the safe and economical operation of the grid containing wind power. In this paper, first of all, the demand variety of peak-load regulation led by wind power integration is discussed, and an uncertainty model of wind power output and load is estab-lished, and with the maximum consumption of wind power as the goal and with the maximum benefit for the power grid and meeting the power flow security constraints considered, an optimal method for combining thermal power, hydropower and pumped storage to regulate the peak load is established based on the real-time pricing. And the solution method for the imp-roved optimal model is developed based on optimal power flow algorithm and particle swarm optimization. Finally, the simula-tion is carried out to validate the rationality and feasibility of the proposed method, and the result shows that the strategy can improve benefits of the power grid, make full use of peak shav-ing capability of the unit, and ensure the safety of the system.
