中文摘要:为准确反映配电网应急能力水平,提出基于层次分析-变熵权法的应急能力综合评估方法。分析配电网应急技术特点,采用层次分析法(AHP)建立评估指标体系,并引入变熵权法确定指标权重,消除层次分析法权重确定中的主观因素,建立基于AHP-变熵权法的评估模型,结合实际情况对配电网应急能力进行综合评估。算例验证了评估结果与实际相符,并提出了相应的整改意见运用到实际,对不同配电网的应急能力对比和竞争以及提升配电网自动化水平具有较好的指导意义。

Research on Comprehensive Evaluation of Distribution Network Emergency Capability Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Variable Entropy Weight Method
Abstract:To accurately reflect the level of the capability, this paper introduces a comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process and variable entropy weight method. On the basis of an analysis of the characteristics of the emergency technology of the distribution network, an index system is established using the analytic hierarchy process method(AHP), and the variable entropy weight method is introduced to determine the weight and get rid of the subjective factors in the weight of AHP, and then an evaluation model based on the method is established and the distribution network emergency capacity is evaluated comprehensively according to the actual conditions. Finally, a case study shows that the evaluation result is consistent with the actual situation, and the corresponding rectification suggestions are put forward to be applied in the actual situation, which has a good guiding significance for the comparison and competition of emergency capabilities of different distribution networks as well as improvement of the distribution network automation.
