中文摘要:风电功率易受自然风况随机多变因素的影响,形成快速变化的爬坡现象,严重时会给电网调控带来较大困难。为更好应对风电功率爬坡带来的风险,需要研究风电功率爬坡事件的高效检测技术。基于通常的风电功率爬坡定义关系,设计了一种采用滑动窗技术的风电功率爬坡事件检测方法及其流程。方法通过风电功率变化率门槛值和滑动窗的合理设置,动态检测风电功率爬坡事件发生的起始时间、幅度、陡度和持续时间等关键信息。利用提出的检测技术,对江苏盐城地区4个风电场2015年1月—2016年3月期间的风电功率爬坡进行实例分析,验证了所提检测技术的正确性。 |

Detection Method and Case Analysis of Wind Power Ramping Events with Sliding Window |

Abstract:Wind power is prone to be affected by random variations of natural wind conditions so as to form serious power ramping, which makes power grid scheduling more complicated. To better respond the risk of such wind power ramp, an efficient detection technology is needed. Based on the definition relationship of the usual wind power ramp, in this paper we designed a new wind power detection method and its procedure with the sliding window technology. The method can dynamically detect the key information such as the start time, amplitude, rate and duration of wind power ramp event by reasonably setting the rate threshold of the wind power and sliding window. Using the proposed detection technology, we analyzed the wind power ramp with data from four wind farms in Jiangsu Yancheng area from January 2015 to March 2016 , and thus validated the accuracy of the proposed detection technology. |
