中文摘要:以研究蓄电池运行健康状态管理为目的,通过对蓄电池内部电化学理论进行底层分析,研究蓄电池运行状态参数的基本概念。以蓄电池内阻、电压、容量以及开路特征和温度的全维度数据的检测方法为基础,提出变电站用直流电源蓄电池的状态检测采集和智能一体化多维度管理策略,为实现蓄电池状态监测、容量预测、开路预测、健康状态预警等功能提供思路。研究结果表明:该方法解决了变电站运行的蓄电池设备在运行中的状态监测盲点、故障无法提前预知等所带来的事故隐患问题。 |

Research on Substation Battery’s Mechanism and Strategies of Its State Multi-Dimensional Intelligent |

Abstract:With focus on the health state management of batteries, and through a basic analysis of the battery’s inner electrochemistry theory, this paper studies on the basic concept of the batteries' running parameters. Based on the detection method for the multi-dimensional data of the battery’s resistance, voltage, capacity, temperature and characteristic of the open circuit, the paper proposes a method of collecting substation DC battery’s status and a strategy on intelligent multi-dimensional battery management, offering some trains of thought to realize the monitoring of the battery’s status, capacity prediction and open road prediction and health state warning. The result of the study shows that the proposed method helps to get rid of the monitoring blind spot in the battery operation and thus solve the hidden problems caused by the state blind spot and the fault which cannot be predicted in advance in the operation of the storage battery in the substation. |
