中文摘要:为提高供电可靠性,提出一种由站内备自投、区域备自投及安稳装置相互配合,适用于大量小水电接入地方电网的区域备自投控制方法。当系统发生故障时,根据频率、电压变化情况,配合安稳装置有选择地甩负荷或减小水电出力,并判断孤网能否稳定运行。若孤网能够稳定运行,通过调整电压、频率与主网进行同期合闸;否则解列所有小水电,备自投动作投入备用电源。以云南临沧电网110 kV链式电网为例搭建仿真模型,结合电网实际运行数据利用PSCAD/EMTDC进行了模拟仿真,结果表明:所提方法既减少了负荷损失,又缩短了故障恢复供电时间。

A New Control Method for Regional Self Commissioning of Large Number of Small Hydropower Stations
Abstract:In order to improve the reliability of power supply, a method of regional automatic switching control which is applied to a large number of small hydro power connected to local power grid is proposed, that is used to coordinate with station automatic switching, as well as stable controlling equipment. When the system is broken, the partial load or small hydropower stations can be cut off by analyzing the voltage and frequency of the system with the safety stabilizing devices, then determine whether the isolated network can be stable operation. If the isolated network can be stable operation, it can conduct synchronous closing by adjusting the voltage and frequency to the main network. Otherwise, all of the small hydropower will be cut off and the backup power will be run by the automatic switchover control. The 110 kV chain model of Yunnan Lincang area grid is built in PSCAD/EMTDC, according to the actual operation data,the method is simulated. The simulation results show that the proposed method can reduce the load loss and shorten the power supply time of the fault restoration.
