中文摘要:从保证电网安全的角度简要介绍了高受电比例受端电网的输电网网架结构需要具备的能力和满足的要求,对各电压等级电网在受端电网输电网网架结构中的定位与规划思路进行了梳理。考虑到在受端电网中存在着对受电能力影响显著的关键断面,提出了此类断面的优选指标和提升其受电能力的加强策略。考虑到受端电网在构建特高压环网的进程初期会出现与输电网网架结构密切相关的多级电磁环网问题,提出了电磁环网解环的基本原则。总结得出了高受电比例受端电网的各级输电网优化及协调发展的技术要求,并将其应用于江苏电网的远景输电网网架规划与优化,有效地提高了未来江苏电网乃至华东电网的受电能力和安全稳定运行裕度。

Research on Optimization Technologies for Transmission Grid Structures in the High-Proportion Receiving-End Power System
Abstract:This paper, first of all, briefly introduces the ability and the requirement of the transmission grid structure of the high-proportion receiving-end power system from the angle of guaranteeing the security of the power grid, and then reviews the functional positioning and planning strategies of each voltage level of power grids in the structure of the high-proportion receiving-end power system. In view of the key sections that have significant impacts on the power receiving capacities in the receiving power grid, the paper proposes the indexes to be sued for precisely recognizing these sections and strategies to enhance power-receiving abilities for these sections. Considering that in the early stage of the construction of the UHV loop grid, multiple-level electro-magnetic loop problems closely related to current and future transmission grids often surface, the paper puts forward principles and procedures to disconnect these electro-magnetic loops. In a comprehensive analysis, the paper summarizes the technical requirements for the optimization and coordinated development of the transmission network at all levels of the high receiving power grid, and applies them to the planning and optimization of the long-term transmission frame work of the Jiangsu power grid, which effectively improves the power receiving capacity and safety operation margin of the Jiangsu power grid and even East China power grid in the future.
