中文摘要:区间潮流(interval power flow,IPF)是含风电系统稳态分析的重要工具。现有区间潮流计算方法都要求输入区间变量相互独立,无法合理计及风电场风速的区间相关性。针对这一问题,提出一种基于随机空间仿射变换的蒙特卡罗采样方法求解区间潮流。首先,引入相关角的概念来描述风速的区间相关性,建立了考虑风速区间相关性的区间潮流模型;然后,应用随机空间仿射变换技术,将原随机空间中相关风速转化为仿射随机空间中独立风速;最后,采用蒙特卡罗法求解包含独立风速的区间潮流。在IEEE-14和118标准系统仿真计算,结果验证了所提方法有效、可行。与传统蒙特卡罗法相比,所提方法可以在几乎不增加计算量的情况下,精确实现风速区间的去相关化。

Interval Load Flow Calculation Using Monte Carlo Method Based on Stochastic Space Affine Transformation
Abstract:Interval power flow (IPF) is an important tool for steady state analysis of power systems containing wind power. However, the current calculation method for interval power flow requires the independence of input interval variables, thus it is not able to take reasonable account of the interval correlation of wind speed in wind farms. To this end, a Monte Carlo(MC) method based on affine transform technique is proposed to solve interval power flow in this paper. Firstly, the concept of correlation angle is introduced to describe the interval correlation of wind speed, and an interval power flow model considering wind speed interval correlation is established. Secondly, by using the affine transformation technique in stochastic space, the correlated wind speed in the original stochastic space is transformed into the independent wind speed in the affine stochastic space. Finally, the Monte Carlo method is applied to solve the interval power flow including independent wind speed. IEEE-14 and 118 bus standard systems are used in the simulation, and the simulation calculation results have verified the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method. And compared with the traditional MC method, the proposed method can accurately deal with the interval correlation of the wind speed with little increases of computing amount.
