| 中文摘要:需求侧响应能够有效增加电力系统的经济效益，提升系统的稳定性。但是我国电力需求市场仍然处于发展阶段，目前还没有将需求侧响应与电力市场建设相融合，导致需求侧响应的发展十分缓慢。针对上述情况，首先描述了电力市场需求侧的发展现状，然后分别介绍了不同类型需求侧响应项目的潜在价值，选取典型算例，仿真分析可响应需求侧不同占比对电力系统灵敏性的影响，最后分析不同阶段新电改条件下电力市场需求侧响应项目的交易模式，并且给出具体的运营计划，实现新电改条件下电力市场需求侧响应交易机制分析。 |

| Analysis of Demand Side Response Trading Mechanism in Power Market under New Electricity Reform |

| Abstract:Demand-side response can effectively increase the economic benefit of the power system and improve the stability of the system. However, China’s electric power demand market is still in a developing stage, so it has not integrated the demand-side response with the construction of the electric power market, resulting in the very slow development of the demand-side response. In view of the above situation, this paper first describes the development status of the electricity market demand side, then introduces the potential value of different types of demand side response items respectively, and selects typical examples and analyzes the impact of different proportions of the responsive demand side on the sensitivity of the power system through simulation, and finally analyzes the transaction mode of the demand side response items in different stages of the new electricity reform. And a specific operation plan is given to realize the analysis of demand side response trading mechanism under the condition of new electricity reform. |
