中文摘要:传统智能变电站故障检修系统运维技术只对变电站设备进行单次维修,检修周期不同步,导致运维效果差,为此采用继电保护运维技术对智能变电站故障检修系统进行深度维护。分析变电站体系结构,对易发生故障设备进行多次检查与维护。利用继电保护运维技术分析维护电子式互感器结构,使用IEC61850—9协议接口合并各个设备单元,并对设备一次维护工作、运维项目、检修措施进行分析;在二次设备维护检修时,设计TCP报文格式,结合一次设备运维中的合并单元,对合并器进行二次设备检修,设计了二次设备维护工作、运维项目、检修措施,通过对设备进行两次维护,提升检修系统运维效果。由实验结果可知,继电保护运维技术的月平均告警事件数量低于1个,运维周期始终在6 min以下,运维效果好,为变电站设备故障检修奠定了基础。 |

Research on Operation and Maintenance Technology of Intelligent Substation Fault Maintenance System |

Abstract:The operation and maintenance technology of the traditional fault maintenance system of the intelligent substation only carries out single maintenance on the substation equipment, and the maintenance cycle is not synchronized, resulting in poor operation and maintenance effects. To this end, the relay protection operation and maintenance technology is used to carry out the in-depth maintenance on the fault maintenance system. The substation architecture is analyzed, and multiple inspections and maintenance are carried out for the equipment prone to failure. The structure of electronic transformer is examined and maintained by using the relay protection operation and maintenance technology. The IEC 61850-9 protocol interface is used to merge each equipment unit, and analyze the maintenance work and the operation and maintenance items and the checking and repairing measures for the primary equipment. For the maintenance and repairing of the secondary equipment, the TCP message format is designed. Based on the merged unit in the primary equipment maintenance, the maintenance work, the operation and maintenance items and the checking and repairing measures are designed for the secondary equipment. Two times of equipment maintenance improve the operation and maintenance effect of the maintenance system. According to the experimental results, the monthly average number of alarm events of the relay protection operation and maintenance technology is less than 1, and the operation and maintenance cycle is always less than 6 minutes. The operation and maintenance effect is good, which lays a foundation for the fault maintenance of substation equipment. |
