中文摘要:传统主动配电网规划方法未考虑到间歇性分布电源可信性出力,且配电网负荷分配不合理,导致规划效果并不理想。提出一种基于多目标的多阶段主动配电网规划方法,在常规负荷预测的基础上组建接入主动配电网的风、光等间歇性分布电源可信出力模型,全面考虑需求侧响应对负荷预测结果的影响,构建配电网负荷预测模型;通过负荷预测结果,构建基于多目标的多阶段主动配电网规划模型;基于粒子群算法,在模型优化的过程中引入快速支配策略、精英保留策略等,对节点配电系统进行计算,设计不同负荷水平下的电源最佳规划方案。仿真实验结果表明,所提方法能够有效减少规划费用,提升规划效果。

Analysis of Multi-Stage Active Distribution Network Planning Method Based on Multi-Objective
Abstract:The traditional active distribution network planning method does not consider the reliability output of the intermittent distributed power supply, and the load distribution of the distribution network is not reasonable, resulting in an unsatisfactory planning effect. Therefore, a planning method of multi-stage distribution network based on multi-objective is proposed in this paper. On the basis of the conventional load prediction, the credible output model of the intermittent distributed power supply such as wind power and solar power, which is connected the active distribution network, is established. The load prediction model of the distribution network is built with comprehensive consideration given to the influence of the demand-side response on load prediction results. Based on the load prediction results, the multi-stage active distribution network planning model is constructed. Based on particle swarm optimization (PSO), rapid domination strategy and elite retention strategy are introduced in the process of model optimization to calculate the node distribution system and design the optimal power planning scheme under different load levels. Simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the planning cost and enhance the planning effect.
