| 中文摘要:以甘肃酒泉的风电产业为例，从政治、经济、技术、社会4个方面着手，利用层次分析法对风电产业发展的影响因素进行探析，并将该方法应用于具体风电工程项目后评估，为构建风电产业发展评价指标体系提供理论参考，同时为促进我国风电产业的发展具有一定的应用价值和实践意义。研究结果表明：准则层的影响因素指标体系中最主要的因素是技术层面，其次是经济层面，社会层面属于次要因素，而政治层面所占的权重最小；方案层的主要影响因素为专业型人才、电网技术、法律法规、发电成本。在此基础上，基于评价结果，结合甘肃酒泉风电发展现状和我国风电产业发展的国情，提出了促进风电产业发展的对策和建议。 |

| Research on the Factors Affecting the Development of Wind Power Industry Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)——Taking Jiuquan Wind Power Generation Base in Gansu Province as an Example |

| Abstract:Taking the wind power industry in Jiuquan, Gansu as an example, and starting from four aspects of politics, economy, technology and society,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the influencing factors of wind power industry development, and applies this method to the post-evaluation of specific wind power projects, which provides a theoretical reference for the construction of the evaluation index system for the development of wind power industry, and has certain application value and practical significance in promoting the development of wind power industry in China. The results show that the most important factor in the index system of influencing factors at the standard layer is the technical level, followed by the economic level and the social level, while the political level has the least weight; the main influencing factors at the solution layer are professional talents, power grid technology, laws and regulations, and power generation costs. On this basis, based on the evaluation results, combined with the current situation of Jiuquan wind power development in Gansu Province and the overall conditions of China's wind power industry development, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the development of wind power industry. |
