中文摘要:为了有效解决配电侧在发生故障后,能够快速对故障点进行定位,减少故障停运时间等问题,提出基于多源信息感知的配电侧故障预判方法。通过配电自动化系统信息和用电信息采集系统的信息,选用二进制粒子群算法(BPSO)获取候选故障区段集和基本概率分布函数,形成证据体。根据D-S证据理论将上述信息进行融合,得到配电侧发生故障的区段,实现基于多源信息感知的配电侧故障预判。研究结果表明,所提方法对于实现配电网故障定位提供了重要的理论依据以及技术支持。

Pre-Judgment of Distribution Side Fault Based on Multi-Source Information Perception
Abstract:In order to quickly locate the fault point and reduce the fault shutdown time after a fault occurs at the distribution side, a fault prediction method based on multi-source information perception is proposed in this paper. Through the information of the distribution automation system and the information of the electricity information collection system, using the binary particle swarm optimization algorithm (BPSO)the candidate fault segment set and the basic probability distribution function are obtained to form the evidence body. According to the D-S evidence theory, the above information is fused to obtain the faulty section on the distribution side, and the power distribution side fault prejudgment based on multi-source information sensing is realized. The research results show that the proposed method provides an important theoretical basis and technical support for the fault location of distribution network.
