中文摘要:顺序控制(即顺控操作)是智能变电站的高级应用之一,也是变电站倒闸操作的未来发展方向。由于智能变电站技术仍处于发展阶段且尚有大量常规变电站未进行智能化改造,当前使用顺控技术的变电站较少,实际运行管理经验比较缺乏。文中分别以110 kV前进变电站(智能站)与110 kV清水变电站(常规站)为例,研究并介绍了智能变电站、常规变电站顺控改造方案与关键环节,探讨了相应的运检模式变革,最后指出:当前湖南电网变电站顺控改造与建设存在典型问题并提出改进建议,为今后变电站顺控改造、建设的优化提供借鉴或参考。

Research on Scheme of Sequential Control Reconstruction for Substation
Abstract:Sequence control (namely sequence control operation) is one of the advanced applications of the smart substation, and it is also the future development direction of the substation switching operation. Because the smart substation technology is still in the developing state, and there are still a large number of conventional substations which have not been intelligently transformed and the sequence control technology is not widely used, so there lacks the practical experience of the sequence control for smart and conventional substations. Taking the 110 kV Qianjin smart substation and the 110 kV Qingshui conventional substations for examples, this paper introduces and studies the scheme and key processes of the sequence control transformation for a conventional substations, and discusses the corresponding operation and maintenance mode changes. Finally, the paper points out the typical problems existing in the transformation and construction of sequence control system in Hunan power grid and puts forward suggestions, which can provide reference for the transformation and construction optimization of sequence control system in Hunan power grid in the future.
