中文摘要:供电企业实施配网度夏项目是满足客户用电需求、缓解夏季区域供电压力的重要手段,但由于当前度夏项目基数大、决策无规则可循,使得运营监管效率偏低、决策难度较大。针对上述问题,文中提出一种基于粗糙集理论的配网度夏项目决策方法。首先以度夏项目明细数据构成论域,采用箱型图法去除数据异常值并对条件属性集进行粗糙划分;其次与决策属性集构建信息系统,并对该信息系统进行知识约简得到核;然后根据核提取决策规则,并对所提取规则的精度及粗糙度进行计算分析;最后通过实例对决策规则进行了验证,证明所提方法的有效性。

A Decision-Making Method of Distribution Network’s Projects for Summer Based on Rough Set Theory
Abstract:The implementation of distribution network summer projects by power supply enterprises is an important means to meet customers’ demand for electricity and ease the pressure on the regional power supply. However, due to the large number of current summer projects, there are no rules for decision-making, which results in low efficiency and difficulties in the management. Aiming at the above problems, this paper proposes a method of the decision making for the distribution network’s summer projects based on rough set theory. Firstly, the detailed data of the summer project is used to form the domain, and the box graph method is used to remove the data outliers and roughly define the conditional attribute set. Secondly, the information system is constructed with the decision attribute set, and the knowledge reduction is obtained from the information system. Furthermore, the decision rules are extracted according to the kernel, and the accuracy and roughness of the extracted rules are calculated and analyzed. Finally, the decision rules are determined by examples. Verification is carried out to prove the effectiveness of the proposed method.
