中文摘要:针对含分布式电源、需求响应资源的联网型微电网,提出一种与微电网内多类型需求响应资源联合优化运行的储能系统容量配置优化规划模型。模型以微电网用能成本与储能设备年投资成本之和最小为目标函数,考虑需求响应资源可柔性调节区间、储能设备的荷电状态、微电网与主网间变电容量等约束条件,并计及分布式电源出力的不确定性影响,建立储能容量随机优化规划模型,利用混合整数线性规划算法求解。对某实例微电网仿真分析优化配置储能容量对提高微电网运行和规划的经济性的影响,结果表明模型可实现微电网储能系统最佳容量配置决策,同时优化需求响应资源和储能系统的运行策略。

Grid-Connected Micro Grid Energy Storage System Capacity Stochastic Planning Jointly Optimized with Demand Response
Abstract:This paper discusses the capacity optimal planning model for energy storage system combined with multi-type demand response resources in the networked micro-grid containing DG and demand response resources. Aiming at the minimum of the sum of the operation cost of the micro grid and the annual investment cost of the energy storage equipment, considering the constraints of flexible adjustment interval of the demand response resources, the state of charge of the energy storage equipment, and the transformer capacity between the micro grid and the distribution network, and taking into account of the uncertainty of the output of the distributed generation, the paper establishes an energy storage capacity stochastic optimization planning model, which is solved by a mixed integer linear programming algorithm. One case study simulates the economic effects of the energy storage capacity sizing optimization on micro grid operation and planning. The results show that the model can optimize the energy storage system capacity sizing, demand response resources and energy storage operating strategy of the micro grid.
