中文摘要:新能源发电不确定性改变了传统状态估计的边界条件,给不良数据辨识和电力系统运行状态预测等状态估计基本功能带来新问题,影响含新能源电网的调度与运行控制决策。在综述传统电力系统状态估计功能、模型与算法的基础上,分析了新能源发电不确定性带来的主要影响;结合新能源发电的特点,从估计对象和时间2个维度提出一种含新能源发电的分层状态估计框架,针对不同估计对象实现电站层级与全网的状态估计信息合理拼接,在时间维度上考虑历史数据挖掘、实时状态估计和状态趋势预测的有机衔接,并在对比所提框架与传统状态估计差异的基础上,提出了亟待解决的关键技术问题。

Review on State Estimation for Power System Containing Renewable Energy Generation
Abstract:Non-determinacy of renewable energy generation changes the boundary conditions of the traditional state estimation(SE), causing new problems for basic functions of the SE, such as identification of bad data and forecasting of the operation state of power system, and affecting the decision-making of the dispatch and operation control of the power system containing renewable energy. Based on reviewing on functions, models and algorithms of the traditional SE, the impacts of non-determinacy of renewable energy generation on the SE are analyzed. According to the characteristics of renewable energy generation, a multi-level SE frame is proposed from the point of the view of estimation objects and time scale. For different estimation objects, the reasonable splicing of the state estimation information between the power station level and the whole grid should be realized, and in the time scale, the interaction of historical data mining, real-time SE and state forecasting should be considered. By comparing the proposed frame with the traditional SE, some key techniques which should be tackled urgently are given.
