中文摘要:退役动力电池的综合利用是目前可再生能源发展迫切需要解决的问题,在计及电池容量损耗的基础上综合考虑退役电池在不同应用场景下的经济效益、运行效益、环境效益、安全性以及资源利用效率,基于AHP-TOPSIS构建综合评价模型。将某用户侧梯次利用储能电站和某通信基站作为算例,结果表明动力电池梯次利用在以上2个应用场景下具有一定可行性。 |

Comprehensive Evaluation of AHP-TOPSIS Decommissioned Battery Secondary Utilization in Different Scenarios |

Abstract:The comprehensive utilization of decommissioned power batteries is an urgent issue to be addressed in the development of renewable energy. Taking into account of the battery capacity loss, this paper comprehensively considers the economic benefits, operating benefits, environmental benefits, safety and the resource utilization efficiency of decommissioned batteries in different application scenarios. A comprehensive evaluation model is constructed based on AHP-TOPSIS. Taking a user-side secondary utilization battery power station and a communication base station as an example, the results of the study show that the power battery cascade utilization is feasible in the above two application scenarios. |
