中文摘要:针对传统有效载荷调度方法不能利用哈尔顿序列,导致存在调度精度差、稳定性差的问题,提出基于改进人工鱼群算法的微电网电能调度方法。建立微电网复合储能调度模型,使锂电池与超级电容的储能状态达到均衡,并将电网调整到等效电压状态。在传统人工鱼群算法基础上,引入哈尔顿序列,改善初始种群选择时随机性过大的弊端。通过持续更新人工鱼群个体的位置和速度,并将全局寻优的过程从单一个体扩展到全部种群,识别出最优电能传输路径,实现复合储能微电网有效载荷调度。实验结果表明,研究方法的预测电能传输量与实际量最为接近,损耗最低,同时能够保证微电网系统负荷总量平稳变化,调度有效性更好。

Research on the Method of Payload Scheduling in Compound Energy Storage Micro Grid
Abstract:In view of the problem that the traditional payload scheduling method does not use Halton sequence, which leads to the poor scheduling accuracy and stability, a microgrid power scheduling method based on the improved artificial fish swarm algorithm is proposed in this paper. The composite energy storage scheduling model of the micro grid is established to balance the energy storage state of the lithium battery and the super capacitor, and adjust the power grid to the state of equivalent voltage. On the basis of the traditional artificial fish swarm algorithm, Halton sequence is introduced to address the disadvantage of excessive randomness in the initial population selection. By continuously updating the position and speed of the individual artificial fish swarm, and expanding the global optimization process from a single individual to all the population, the optimal power transmission path is identified, and the composite energy storage micro-grid payload scheduling is realized. The experimental results show that the predicted power transmission amount by this research method is the closest to the actual power transmission amount, and the loss is the lowest. At the same time, the total load of the micro-grid system can be guaranteed to change steadily, and the scheduling efficiency is better.
