中文摘要:青海配电网储能规划的传统方法忽略了建立环状供电结构,导致配电网存在储能少、规划成本高的问题。该研究提出考虑分布式电源运行特性的青海配电网储能规划方法,分析分布式电源的运行特性,建立青海配电网储能规划模型,引入傅里叶频谱分析法,控制青海配电网储能线路中频率过高的电压。根据特性分析结果,通过环状供电结构消除约束,更好地实现储能规划。实验结果表明,该研究方法的储能规划效果更好,规划成本更低,能够实现高质量的储能规划。

Research on Energy Storage Planning of Qinghai Distribution Network Considering Distributed Power Supply Operating Characteristics
Abstract:The traditional method of energy storage planning for distribution networks in Qinghai province neglects building of the annular power supply structure, which leads to low energy storage and high planning cost. This study proposes an energy storage planning method for Qinghai distribution network considering the operation characteristics of distributed power supply. Based on an analysis of the operation characteristics of distributed power supply, the energy storage planning model is established for Qinghai distribution network, and Fourier spectrum analysis method is introduced to control the voltage with too high frequency in the energy storage line of the distribution network. According to the result of characteristic analysis, the constraint can be eliminated through the annular power supply structure to better realize the energy storage planning. The experimental results show that the energy storage planning proposed in this study has better effect, lower cost and can achieve high-quality energy storage planning.
