中文摘要:为控制高受电比例电网电力传输的高频波动,提升电网运行稳定性,进行基于二阶锥规划法的高受电比例电网运行稳定性研究。通过分布式电源搭建、直流母线电路连接、二阶锥微电网组织设计3个物理步骤,进行基于二阶锥规划法的电网结构规划。根据电网结构规划结果,按照电网运行的暂态稳定模式,通过同时限定受电高阶比例上、下边界条件的方式,根据电网负荷水平控制电力传输高频波动,完成基于二阶锥规划法的高受电比例电网运行稳定性研究。实验结果表明,与PSASP控制技术相比,研究方法的高压传输波长下降、相邻峰谷值间隔周期延长,高受电比例电网电力传输的高频波动得到有效抑制,电网运行稳定性更高。

A Study on the Operation Stability of Power Grid with High Receiving Power Ratio Based on Second-Order Cone Programming Method
Abstract:In order to control the high frequency power transmission fluctuation of the high receiving power ratio grid and improve the operation stability of the grid, the operation stability of the power grid with high receiving power ratio is studied based on the second-order cone programming method. The grid structure planning based on the second-order conical programming method is carried out through three physical steps: set-up of the distributed power supply, circuit connection of the DC bus and organizational design of the second-order conical microgrid. Based on the results of power grid structure planning and the transient stable mode of power grid operation, the high frequency fluctuation of power transmission is controlled according to the load level of the power grid by simultaneously defining the upper and lower boundary conditions of the high-order proportion of power transmission, so as to complete the operation stability research of the power grid with high receiving power ratio based on the second-order cone programming method. The experimental results show that compared with the PSASP control technology, the high voltage transmission wavelength of the research method decreases, the interval period between the adjacent peak and valley values is prolonged, the high frequency fluctuation of the power transmission of the power grid with high power receiving ratio is effectively suppressed, and the operation stability of the power grid is improved.
