中文摘要:随着时代的快速发展,农村地区居民对住宅的性能和品质都有了更高的要求。但是,陕南农村地区居住建筑存在能耗高、热工性能较差等问题,已引起越来越多的关注。为了提高陕南农村地区建筑围护结构的热工性能,改善其现有建筑的室内热环境,更好地降低能耗,以陕南地区典型的二层砖混民居结构建筑为研究对象,采用Ecotect Analysis 模拟软件对其进行热工性能分析,探讨了空间优化设计对居室热环境的影响和改善作用,并从建筑采光、太阳辐射、热工舒适度等3个方面对房屋建筑节能环保指标进行了全面的评估。

Research on Indoor Thermal Environment of Typical Houses in Rural Areas of Southern Shaanxi in Summer
Abstract:With the rapid development of the times, residents in rural areas have higher requirements for the performance and quality of houses. However, residential buildings in rural areas of Southern Shaanxi have high energy consumption and poor thermal performance, which has attracted more and more attention. To improve the thermal performance of the enclosure structure in the rural areas and improve the indoor thermal environment of the existing buildings, and save the energy consumption better, this paper chooses a typical two-story brick-concrete residential structure in the area as the research object, and uses Ecotect Analysis simulation software for the thermal performance and discusses the influence and improvement effect of the space optimization design on the thermal environment of rooms, and comprehensively evaluate the energy saving and environmental protection index of housing construction from building lighting, solar radiation, thermal comfort.
