中文摘要:交直流混合微电网因有利于分布式新能源和新型直流负荷的接入而得以快速发展,而交直流母线接口变换器是建设交直流混合微电网的关键设备,其性能优劣直接影响微电网系统的稳定性。为了全面掌握接口变换器的运行情况,根据微电网运行特点,提出一种改进层次分析法(AHP法)-熵权法的交直流母线接口变换器性能评价方法。参照相关电气设备技术标准设定15项性能指标并对其数值进行标准化处理,针对多因素多层次指标集,上层采用改进层次法,最底层采用改进AHP法-熵权法组合赋权,从而得到接口变换器性能评估函数,根据评估函数值对设备进行百分制打分并确定其优劣性级别。通过对某工程中接口变换器进行实例分析,验证了该评价方法的可行性和有效性。

Comprehensive Performance Evaluation of AC/DC Bus Interface Converter Based on Improved AHP-Entropy Weight Method
Abstract:The AC/DC hybrid microgrid has developed rapidly because it is conducive to the access of distributed new energy and new DC loads. The AC/DC interfacing converter (IFC) is a key device for the construction of the AC/DC hybrid microgrid, and its performance directly affects the stability of the microgrid system. In order to grasp the operating status of the IFC more comprehensively, according to the operating characteristics of the microgrid, an improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP method)-entropy weight method is proposed in this paper to evaluate the performance of AC-DC bus interface converters. With reference to the relevant technical standards for electrical equipment, 15 performance indicators have been set and standardized. Aiming at the multi-factor and multi-level index set, the upper layer uses the improved hierarchy method directly, and the bottom layer uses the improved analytic hierarchy process-entropy weight method for combined weighting to obtain the performance evaluation function of the IFC. According to the evaluation function value, the equipment is scored and its pros and cons level is determined. An example analysis of an AC/DC interfacing converter in a project has verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation method.
