中文摘要:为了保障高压直流输电换流阀空冷器的安全,基于熵权灰关联分析法建立了空冷器的状态评估方法。首先在考虑故障部位和故障类型的基础上建立了状态评价指标体系,其中管束、风机和百叶窗为部位层,与空冷器运行状态关联性强的外观故障、腐蚀故障、绝缘故障和风机异响故障为故障层,选取了能准确反映故障的指标作为指标层;进一步利用熵权灰关联分析法确定指标权重;然后将指标分为定性指标和定量指标,通过划分指标等级分别确定定量指标和定性指标的评分函数。利用实例分析验证了所提出的状态评估指标体系的有效性和正确性。 |

Condition Assessment of the HVDC Converter Valve Air Cooler Based on Entropy Weight Gray Correlation Analysis |

Abstract:In order to ensure the safety of the HVDC converter valve air cooler, a state evaluation method for the air cooler is established based on the entropy weighted gray correlation analysis method. First, a state evaluation index system is established based on the fault location and fault type, where the tube bundles, fans and shutters are the location layer while the appearance, corrosion and insulation faults and fan abnormal noise faults that are strongly related to the operating state of the air cooler are the fault layer, and an index that can accurately reflect the fault is selected as the index layer. Furthermore, the entropy weight gray correlation analysis method is used to determine the index weight; then the index is divided into qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes, and the scoring function of quantitative indexes and qualitative indexes is determined respectively by dividing the index levels. The case analysis is used to verify the validity and correctness of the proposed state evaluation index system. |
