中文摘要:红外测温技术是一种安全可靠、简便高效、准确直观、远距离非接触探测的在线检测方法,能够实现对运行设备的热状态进行诊断分析。采用红外热像仪对直流换流站平波电抗器套管运行状态进行红外检测,发现了极Ⅰ平抗极母线侧套管和极Ⅱ平抗阀侧套管的异常发热现象,结合套管内部结构模型图对套管异常发热的部位及原因进行研究,分析并处理了套管内部导电杆铜铝过渡弹簧表带部位的家族性缺陷及套管顶部均压环接线板发热的电流致热型缺陷。结合带电设备红外诊断应用规范,总结出针对套管温度异常判定的依据,准确高效地实现对运行设备套管热状态分析和故障定位,及时消除电气设备潜在的安全隐患,保障电网安全稳定运行。

Research and Treatment on the Smoothing Reactor Bushing Defect of the ±500 kV Converter Station Based on Infrared Temperature Measurement Technology
Abstract:With many advantages such as safe and reliable diagnosis, simple and efficient analysis, accurate and intuitive image, remote non-contact detection and so on, the infrared temperature measurement technology is an important online measurement method in electrical equipment operating condition analysis, which can accurately diagnose and analyze by detecting the equipment thermal state. In this paper, the infrared thermal imager is used to detect the operating condition of the smoothing reactor bushing in the DC converter station, and the abnormal heating problems of the transformer/outdoor bushing in pole I and transformer/converthall bushing in pole II are found. Combining with the internal structure model diagram of the bushing, the abnormal heating location and cause are studied. The abnormal heating problem of the pole I transformer/outdoor bushing is recognized as a familial defect in the busing copper-aluminum transition position, and the abnormal heating problem of the pole II transformer/converthall bushing is recognized as a current-heating type defect caused by the terminal board heating on the top of the bushing. Meanwhile, based on the application rules of infrared diagnosis for live electrical equipment, the criterion is summarized for judging the bushing temperature abnormity. The criterion contributes to realizing the thermal state analysis and fault location, and the potential safety defects of electrical equipment are timely detected and eliminated to ensure the safety and stability of the power grid operation.
