中文摘要:基于多层风场数据、舞动实况及预测数据,对2020年2月14—2月16日环渤海地区大范围输电线路舞动的风场环境进行了分析,讨论了舞动所需的大范围风激励条件。研究结果表明:大范围舞动的发生,需要低空风场维持较低的风速,尤其是8.5 kPa和9.25 kPa保持4~7 m/s水平风速和0.1 Pa/s以上的垂直上升速度,产生连续的上升气流促进抬升运动;同时,近地面风场需要与低空风场充分配合,近地面风速需要达到8~12 m/s,并存在较为明显的上升运动,为舞动线路的发生提供直接的风激励;当低空风场风速超过10 m/s时,低空风场形势被破坏,大范围舞动的环境无法维持;现有的舞动环境预测模型考虑多层风场的相互耦合关系后,能够修正舞动区域预测范围,提高预测准确率。 |

Analysis of Wind Characteristics of Wide Range Transmission Line Galloping in Bohai Rim |

Abstract:Based on multi-layer wind field, actual and predicted data of galloping, the wind environment of wide range transmission line galloping in Bohai Rim from February 14 to 16, 2020 is analyzed, and the conditions of wind excitation for wide range galloping are discussed. It is found that: the occurrence of wide range galloping requires a low wind speed at the low-altitude wind field, especially a 4-7 m/s horizontal wind speed and an above 0.1 Pa/s vertical rising speed on 850 hPa and 925 hPa, so as to produce continuous updraft and promote the lifting movement. At the same time, the surface wind needs to fully cooperate with the low-altitude wind field. And the surface wind requires a speed of 8-12 m/s and an obvious upward movement to provide direct wind excitation for the occurrence of line galloping. When the wind speed in the low-altitude wind field exceeds 10 m/s, the situation of the low-altitude wind field is basically destroyed, and the environment of wide range galloping cannot be maintained. With the coupling relationship of multi-layer wind fields fully considered, the existing galloping prediction models can modify the prediction range and improve the prediction accuracy. |
