中文摘要:该文在分析了模块化多电平变流器、电力电子变压器优劣势的基础上,设计了适用于光储一体化系统的三级互联隔离型电力电子变压器的结构和控制策略。结合光储一体化系统的实际应用情况,将电力电子变压器的整体结构设计成输入级多模块级联、隔离级CLLLC谐振变换器和输出级三电平逆变器的三级互联结构,并在10 kV配电网的整体设计方案下单独对每一级进行了结构及其控制策略的分析,最后在Simulink中进行了仿真,仿真结果表明:该结构中各级均可稳定、可靠运行,且系统整体暂稳态性能良好。

Research on Three-Level Interconnected Isolated Power Electronic Transformers for Integrated Optical Storage System
Abstract:On the basis of an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the modular multilevel converter and power electronic transformer, this paper designs the structure and control strategy of three-stage interconnected isolated power electronic transformer suitable for integrated optical storage system. According to the practical application of the optical storage integrated system, the overall structure of power electronic transformer is designed as three-stage interconnection of input stage multi module cascade, isolation stage CLLLC resonant converter and output stage three-level inverter. Under the overall design scheme of 10kV distribution network, the structure and control strategy of each stage are analyzed separately. Finally, the simulation is carried out in Simulink. The simulation results show that each stage can operate stably and reliably, and the overall transient stability performance is good.
