中文摘要:随着柔性直流输电技术的不断发展,作为柔直工程核心的柔直换流阀的日常维护检测引起了广泛重视。柔直换流阀通常采用功率模块级联,而功率模块体积大、质量重,不易搬运,需要有在现场应用的功率模块检测设备。而目前通用的功率模块检测方法及检测装置功能有限。在对功率模块的组成、故障情况分析的基础上,提出一种具有功率模块关键数据采集和分析的现场智能化检测方法,在不破坏功率模块的情况下,采集功率模块内的重要信息,结合采集信息给出功率模块主要组件的状态判断,达到故障检出和异常提前预警的目的,并可在后台进行数据存储。据此开发出的智能检测设备经初步验证后已投入应用,效果良好。

Field Intelligent Test of Flexible HVDC Power Module
Abstract:With the continuous development of flexible HVDC transmission technology, the routine maintenance and inspection of the flexible HVDC converter valve, the core of the flexible HVDC project, has attracted extensive attention. The flexible direct converter valve is usually cascaded with power modules, which are bulky, heavy and difficult to carry. Therefore, the power module detection equipment for field application is required. Due to the limited function of the general power module detection method and detection device, based on the analysis of the composition and fault of the power module, this paper proposes a field intelligent detection scheme for the key data acquisition and analysis of the power module. Under conditions of no damages to the power module, the important information in the power module is collected, and the state judgment of the main components of the power module is given combined with the collected information, so as to achieve the purpose of fault detection and abnormal early warning and store the data in the background. The intelligent detection equipment developed based on this has been put into application with good effect after preliminary verification.
