中文摘要:针对云计算模型的数据分析及数据处理在实时性、隐私保护和能耗等方面所存在的问题,研究边缘计算模型的概念及其在数据处理与数据分析方面的优势;提出新型的边缘计算系统架构,设计能实现系统任务的卸载、运行及调度策略;针对提出的新型边缘计算系统的改进方向和应用前景,展开分析和研究,构造了一种基于云边端协同的新型电力数据采集系统。该系统架构由上而下分为云侧系统主站、边侧智能终端和端侧表计设备3层,端侧表计设备负责采集电力数据并上报到边侧智能终端,智能终端负责对数据进行预处理,而云侧系统主站负责收集预处理后的数据并进行统一处理。基于该文所提系统,云侧采集系统主站统管边侧智能终端设备,并支持将应用程序下发到边侧智能终端进行边缘计算;边侧智能终端设备纳管端侧表计设备,支持将表计设备采集的数据上传到边缘侧缓存和就近处理、分析与决策。该文通过实例测试验证了所提方案既解决了边缘应用的实时处理和响应问题,又减轻了云端与边缘端之间数据通信的带宽压力。

An Efficient Method of Electric Power Data Acquisition System Based on Cloud Edge Collaboration
Abstract:The concept of edge computing model and its advantages in data processing and analysis are studied in view of the problems that exist in real-time, privacy protection and energy consumption in data analysis and processing of cloud computing model. A new edge computing system architecture is proposed, and unloading, operation and scheduling strategies are designed which can complete the tasks of the system. According to the improvement direction and application prospect of the proposed new edge computing system, a new power data acquisition system based on cloud edge-end collaboration is constructed through analysis and research. The system architecture is divided into three layers from top to bottom: the master station of the cloud acquisition system, the intelligent terminal at the side and the meter equipment at the end side. The meter equipment is responsible for collecting power data and reporting it to the intelligent terminal at the side. The intelligent terminal at the side is responsible for preprocessing the data, while the master station of the cloud acquisition system is responsible for collecting the preprocessed data and processing it in a unified manner. Based on the new cloud-edge-end collaborative data acquisition system proposed in this paper, the master station of the cloud acquisition system hosts intelligent terminal devices at the side end, and supports sending applications to the intelligent terminal at the side end for edge calculation. The intelligent terminal device at the side end manages the meter device, and supports uploading the data collected by the meter device to the edge end for cache and nearby processing, analyzing and decision-making. This paper verifies that the proposed new cloud-edge-end collaborative power data acquisition system can not only solve the problem of real-time processing and response of edge applications, but also reduce the bandwidth pressure of data communication between cloud and edge end.
