中文摘要:为提高配电网的运行稳定性,满足优质供电需求,提出基于负荷特征的有源配电网供电可靠性监测方法。选取负荷特征的采集设备,利用光纤网络传输采集数据;结合不同时间段的用电情况,建立负荷概率模型,获得配电网中所有负荷点的时序特征;分别分析串联、并联结构的负荷点可靠性指标,利用停电频率、停电时间等指标评估配电系统的可靠性;以这些指标为监测依据,获取配电网正常运行的概率公式,在网络中输入基本信息,设置迭代次数及抽样密度,判断停电期间电源是否能满足全部负荷的供电需求。仿真实验表明,应用所提方法进一步缩短了断电时间,最短为5 h,且供电可靠度均高于0.95,证明该监测方法对准确预测停电故障具有显著的意义。

A Study on Power Supply Reliability Monitoring of Active Distribution Networks Based on Load Characteristics
Abstract:To improve the operation stability of distribution networks and meet the demand of high quality power supply, the power supply reliability monitoring technology of active distribution network based on load characteristics is proposed in this paper. The load characteristic acquisition equipment is selected to transmit and collect data by optical fiber network. Combined with the power consumption in different time periods, the load probability model is established to obtain the time sequence characteristics of all the load points in the distribution network. The load point reliability indexes of series and parallel structures are analyzed respectively, and the reliability of distribution system is evaluated by power outage frequency and power outage time. Based on these indicators, we obtain the probability formula of normal operation of distribution network, input basic information in the network, set iteration times and sampling density, and judge whether the power supply meets the power supply demand of all loads during power failure. Simulation results show that the minimum power-off time is 5 hours after the application of the proposed method, which further shortens the power-off time. The power supply reliability values are higher than 0.95, which proves that the monitoring method is significantly helpful to accurately predict power failure.
