中文摘要:为有效指导特高压密集输电通道等重要输电设备开展差异化防舞设计和舞动治理工作,开展特定重现期的舞动区域划分具有重要意义。基于安徽81个气象台站2010—2020年冬季历史气象资料,利用极值I型分布模型计算了各气象台站30 a、50 a和100 a一遇舞动极值日数,制定了电网舞动区域分级原则,利用克里格插值方法得到了气象台站周边地区特定重现期舞动极值日数,绘制了安徽省30 a、50 a和100 a一遇电网舞动区域分布图,分别适用于110~220 kV、330~750 kV和特高压交直流线路的防舞动工作。电网舞动区域分布图显示,淮北平原地区及江淮沿江地区舞动风险较高,且100 a一遇的2、3级舞动区较30 a一遇舞动区面积更广,为特高压密集输电通道的差异化舞动防治工作提供了技术依据。特定重现期电网舞动区域分布图对提升电网抵御覆冰舞动灾害的能力和水平具有积极作用。

Conductor Galloping Distribution Map Developed Based on Specific Recurrence Period
Abstract:In order to guide the anti-galloping design of overhead lines with different voltages, it is necessary to develop the galloping distribution map with specific recurrence period. In this paper, the number of extremum galloping days with the recurrence period of 30a, 50a and 100a are obtained based on the historical meteorological data of 81 meteorological stations in Anhui in the winter of 2000-2021. Moreover, the values for the neighboring areas of weather stations are obtained by the Krieger interpolation method. Finally, the galloping distribution map of Anhui with 30a, 50a and 100a are obtained according to the grading criteria of conductor galloping, which can be used for 110~220 kV, 330~750 kV, and UHV DC and AC lines respectively. From the galloping distribution map, we can see that the galloping probability in Huaibei plain, Yangtze River and Huai River areas is high, which can provide the technique support for the differentiated design for the anti-galloping issues of dense corridor of transmission lines. The galloping distribution map with a specific recurrence period is of great significance to improve the safe and stable operation of power grids.
