中文摘要:为高效完成直流换流站的初步设计及实现技术经济指标的优化,同时提高国内技术方案在海外工程中的竞争力,以±500 kV直流工程为例,开展了直流换流站电气一次设计标准化与优化的方案研究。在分析交流滤波场、换流区域、直流场的电气接线、设备选型、平面布置及占地尺寸标准化设计方案的基础上,通过主回路参数的设计优化,降低设备配置的容量、组数等;根据工程方案特点和技术发展趋势,合理减少工程配置和设备冗余配置;根据不同的设备选型来匹配相应的平面布置,实现整体方案的最优设计。对比测试结果表明:优化后的电气设计方案中交流滤波器场的总宽度可减少约32 m;采用垂直布置型式的换流变可减少阀厅长边的尺寸;配置2组直流滤波器可减少直流场占地面积,其占地尺寸减少约12 m。优化后的整体工程的单位容量造价为603 元/kW,相较于原有方案降低了12.6%。

Research on Standardization and Optimization of Electrical Design of HVDC Converter Stations
Abstract:In order to efficiently complete the preliminary design of DC converter stations and realize the optimization of technical and economic indicators, and improve the competitiveness of domestic technical schemes in overseas projects, taking ± 500 kV DC project as an example, this paper studies the scheme of the standardization and optimization of the primary electrical design of DC converter stations. Based on the analysis of the standardized design schemes of electrical wiring, equipment selection, plane layout and floor area of the AC filter field, converter area and DC field, the capacity and group number of the equipment configuration are reduced through the design optimization of main circuit parameters. The engineering configuration and equipment redundancy configuration is reasonably reduced according to the characteristics of the engineering scheme and technological development progress. According to different equipment selection, the corresponding plane layout is matched to realize the optimal design of the overall scheme. The comparative test results show that the total width of the AC filter field of the optimized electrical design scheme can be reduced by about 32 m, and the vertical layout of the converter can reduce the size of the long side of the valve hall, and the configuration of two groups of DC filters can reduce the floor area of the DC field and reduce the size by about 12 m. The unit capacity cost of the optimized overall project is 603 yuan / kW, which is 12.6% lower than the original scheme.
