中文摘要:明确电力系统暂态主导失稳模式有助于控制措施的决策。基于暂态能量函数建立指标体系,并利用模糊综合评价法提出判别主导失稳模式的模糊判据。首先,利用系统不同暂态失稳状态的能量变化量,建立反映系统的功角失稳与电压失稳的能量指标体系;其次,结合模糊数学理论,利用熵权法计算指标权重,进而得到主导失稳模式的模糊判据;之后,利用两机单负荷系统暂态失稳算例,得到0-1范围内的模糊判据值域;最后,在某地区实际架构的“之”型网络中,利用模糊判据判断并验证暂态主导失稳模式。实验结果表明:除了在强耦合失稳情况下,模糊判据的判别结果可靠,对耦合失稳场景的控制措施具有指导作用。

The Fuzzy Criterion for Distinguishing Transient Power Angle and Voltage Dominance Based on Energy
Abstract:Defining the transient dominant instability mode of the power system helps in the decision-making of control measures. Based on the transient energy function, an index system is established, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to propose the fuzzy criteria for discriminating the dominant destabilization mode. First, the energy changes of different transient instability states of the system are utilized to establish the power angle of the system. Second, also based on the fuzzy mathematical theory, the entropy weight method is used to calculate the weight of the indexes, hence the fuzzy criterion of the dominant destabilization mode is obtained. Furthermore, the transient destabilization of the two-machine single-load system is utilized to obtain the fuzzy criterion value domain within the range of 0-1. In addition, the fuzzy criterion value domain within the range of 0-1 is obtained in the actual structure of "Z" type network in a certain area. Finally, the fuzzy criterion is used to judge and verify the transient dominant instability mode in a real "Z" type network in a certain region. The experimental results show that the fuzzy criterion is reliable except in the case of strong coupled instability, and it has a guiding role in the control measures for coupling instability scenarios.
