中文摘要:高寒地区电网易受冻雨的影响而形成孤网,孤网运行是电力系统极端情况下的特殊运行方式。如果同步机组在孤网中所占比重较大,解列后功率不平衡会引起较大幅度的频率波动,严重时造成机组超速停机,导致电网失电。从孤网运行特点出发,利用快速投入可调节负荷的手段来减小不平衡功率的数值,提高因极端天气引发解列后的孤网稳定性水平。仿真分析可调节负荷的投入数量、投入时间,以及新能源比例对孤网稳定性的影响,并评估相关保护动作的可能性。实验结果表明,根据解列前区域联络线功率的大小快速投入相应量的可调节负荷,可以有效提高孤网稳定性。 |

Research on Enhancing the Stability of Isolated Power Grid Operation Using Adjustable Load |

Abstract:In high-altitude and cold regions, power grids are susceptible to the impact of freezing rain, which can lead to the formation of isolated grids. Operating in an isolated grid mode is a special mode of operation for power systems under extreme conditions. If synchronous units account for a large proportion in the isolated grid, power imbalance after disconnection can cause significant frequency fluctuations. In severe cases, this can lead to overspeed and shutdown of units, resulting in power loss in the grid. Starting from the characteristics of isolated grid operation, the method of rapidly engaging regulable loads can be used to reduce the magnitude of the unbalanced power and enhance the stability of the isolated grid after disconnection caused by extreme weather. Simulation analysis is conducted to study the impact of the amount and timing of the engagement of adjustable loads, as well as the proportion of new energy, on the stability of the isolated grid, and to evaluate the possibility of related protective actions. Experimental results show that rapidly engaging a corresponding amount of adjustable loads based on the power of the interconnection lines before disconnection can effectively enhance the stability of the isolated grid. |
