中文摘要:提出一种考虑源荷预测不确定性的电氢融合储能设备配置模型。建立了考虑预测误差的风电、光伏出力和电、氢负荷不确定性模型;以等年值总成本最小为优化目标函数,考虑系统不确定性电氢功率平衡、规划边界、设备容量、设备运行等约束,对电解槽、燃料电池的额定功率与蓄电池、储氢罐的额定容量进行优化配置,从而建立电氢转换设备及其储能配置模型。采用算例系统对所提模型进行仿真,仿真结果表明:电氢融合储能模型切实可行,可适应最高25%的源荷波动幅度;系统对源端波动性敏感度高于荷端27.2%;随着源荷波动性的增大,蓄电池配置容量变化较大,氢储能系统配置容量变化较小。

Modeling of Electric-Hydrogen Fusion Energy Storage Equipment Configuration Considering Source-Load Prediction Uncertainty
Abstract:In this paper,we propose an electric-hydrogen fusion energy storage equipment configuration model that account for source-load forecast uncertainty. Firstly,a model of wind power,photovoltaic output and electric and hydrogen load uncertainty considering the prediction error is established; secondly,taking the minimum total cost of the equal annual value as the optimization objective function,and considering the system uncertainty electric-hydrogen power balance,planning boundaries,equipment capacity,equipment operation constraints and other constraints,the rated power of electrolysis tanks and fuel cells and the rated capacity of storage batteries and hydrogen tanks are optimally configured so as to establish a model for the electric-hydrogen converting equipment and its energy storage configuration. Finally,the proposed model of this paper is simulated using an arithmetic system. The simulation results prove the correctness and validity of the model,and verify the influence of various types of fluctuations on the capacity configuration of the equipment under different rates of grid interaction power. This provides a novel reference for the optimization of the electric-hydrogen integrated energy storage equipment.
