中文摘要:基于储热改造核电机组的非线性热电关系,构建其线性运行模型和旋转备用约束。在此基础上,构建多源协调鲁棒调度模型。为保障各类机组的经济性,提出含启停调峰交易的调峰主动性约束。以系统总运行成本最低为目标对模型进行求解。基于多源电力系统的算例分析结果表明:储热改造核电机组的下调峰出力调节灵活,既减少了自身调峰时的发电效益亏损,还使参与调峰交易的机组与电网均能获益,有效促进了风电消纳和缓解火电调峰压力。

Multi-Source Coordinated Robust Optimal Scheduling Model Considering Peak Regulation Initiative of Nuclear Power Plants with Thermal Energy Storage
Abstract:To address these issues, thermal energy storage (TES) provides a novel approach for nuclear power plants to engage in grid peak shaving. Initially, this paper establishes a linear power output model and spinning reserve constraints based on the nonlinear thermoelectric relationship of nuclear power plants with TES. Subsequently,a multi-energy coordi-nated robust scheduling model is developed on this basis. Additionally, to ensure the economic viability of each plant, we propose a peak regulation initiative constraint that incorporates start-stop peak-shaving transactions. The proposed model is solved for operating cost minimization. Case studies demonstrate that nuclear power plants with TES can make flexible adjustments during peak shaving. This flexibility enhances their economic performance, benefits both participating plants in peak shaving transactions and the grid, fosters wind power consumption, and eases peak shaving challenges for thermal power plants.
